Terms of Trade

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on the Vilerys webshop. When you make a purchase, you accept our terms and conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully.

Vilery Group is a registered company in Denmark and operates under applicable Danish legislation. Our primary purpose is to offer our customers quality products with a good service experience.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Danish kroner including VAT. Shipping costs may be added to the total price.

When you place your order, you also accept the total amount that will be charged to your payment card when the order is shipped from our warehouse.

When you shop at Vilery, you can pay with the following payment methods:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • MobilePay
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

We will only take payment when your order is shipped from our warehouse, unless it is a pre-order. For pre-orders, payment is taken immediately to secure your reservation of the item.

There are no fees charged on payments, regardless of which payment method you choose.

When you pay on our webshop, your payment is encrypted and secured with SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Our payment provider is Shopify, who are the only ones who have access to your payment information.

Delivery

We deliver to the address you provided when placing your purchase. As a rule, we ship the item the same day if the order is placed before 12 noon . However, some items have a longer delivery time, which will be stated on the item's product description.

We cooperate with GLS and PostNord to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Our delivery times are as follows:

  • Denmark: 2-3 working days
  • Sweden: 2-3 working days
  • Norway: 2-3 working days
  • Germany and other EU countries: 3-5 working days

We send to

  • Home addresses
  • Parcel shops/parcel boxes
  • Business addresses

We deliver to non-bridged islands* at no extra cost. However, there may be
extended delivery time.
*Applies to these islands: Bornholm (3700), Ærø (5960-5985), Fanø (6720), Fur (7884), Samsø
(8305), Laesø (9940).

Vilery does not deliver to the Faroe Islands or Greenland.

Delivery costs vary and depend on, among other things, which distribution the customer wants, etc. The total delivery costs will always be shown before you place the order.

Vilery offers the following shipping options:

  • Private delivery to delivery location – for purchases under DKK 600: DKK 39.00.
  • Private delivery to delivery location – for purchases over 600 DKK: Free
  • Private shipping to the customer's address: 59 kr,

If you do not collect your package within the collection deadline, it will be returned to us. We will then cancel your order, but charge a return fee of DKK 100. The fee covers our costs of handling the package.

When ordering items that are in stock and made-to-order items, we reserve the right to send the order partially or in full when all items are in stock.

If your order is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the status and any alternative solutions. We do our best to deliver your order on time, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors such as carrier issues or unforeseen events.

RESERVATIONS ARE MADE FOR TYPING ERRORS, INVENTORY MANAGEMENT ERRORS AND PRICE CHANGES.

Right of withdrawal, return and exchange

You can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods.

The right of withdrawal requires that the product is returned in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be unused and in its original packaging to be approved for a refund.

Before returning your item, please follow our returns guide, which you can find here on the website. It is important that we have all the information necessary to process your return.

You must cover the shipping costs for returns. We recommend that you send the package with tracking so that it can be traced or purchase a return label, which you can find in our returns guide.

Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund the amount to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, you must also follow our returns guide.

Complaints and warranty

You have a 2-year right of complaint under applicable law. You must file a complaint within a reasonable time, which is within 2 months after the defect is discovered.

If you receive a defective item, or if the item breaks within the warranty period, you can contact us via kontakt@vilery.dk and describe the problem.

We will then assess the complaint and decide whether the item can be repaired, exchanged or refunded.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear or lack of maintenance.

Please note that the right to claim defects may expire before 2 years after you have purchased the product. This is in cases where the product is not made to last at least 2 years, or if it has been used outside of ordinary use. Furthermore, this only applies to products that fall within the definitions that fall within Danish law and legislation.

Prices and VAT

All prices on our webshop are listed in different currencies, depending on which country you are shopping in.

  • Denmark / vilery.dk - Danish kroner (DKK)
  • Sweden / vilery.se - Swedish Krona (SEK)
  • Norway / no.vilery.com - Norwegian kroner (NOK)
  • Germany and European Union / vilery.de, vilery.com - Euro (EUR)

All prices include 25% Danish VAT .

We only deliver to countries within the EU , which means that no additional import duties or customs duties will be imposed on your order.

Liability and force majeure

Vilery Group cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, or similar events beyond our control.

Personal data and cookies

We process your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) .

How we handle your information:

  • We only collect information necessary for order processing and customer service.
  • We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, unless it is necessary to fulfill your order.
  • You can request access to the information we have about you at any time.

In order for us to enter into and fulfill the agreement with you, we record and process personal data about you, including the information:

  • Your name
  • Your address
  • Your phone number
  • Your email

Choice of law and disputes

All purchases made at Vilery Group are subject to Danish law .

If a dispute arises between you as a customer and Vilery, we encourage you to first attempt to resolve the disagreement through dialogue. If this is not possible, the dispute may be brought before a Danish court.

The complaints portal for the House of Councillors

In order to file a complaint, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.

When you shop with us

To shop at Vilery Group, you must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid and approved payment card.

Before placing your order, we recommend that you check your order to avoid incorrect purchases or incorrect delivery information.

After your order, you will receive an order confirmation and delivery information sent to the email address you provided during the order.

Changes to terms and conditions

Vilery reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. The current terms and conditions will always be available on our website, and we recommend that you stay up to date before making a purchase.
