We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you regret your purchase, you can easily return the item by following these steps:

• Check the item
  The item must be returned unused and in original condition with all tags intact.
  
  
• Use the return label
  In your package you will find a return label. Use this for easy and secure returns.
  
  
• Recycle the packaging
  We recommend that you use the original packaging for returns. Our packaging has a double closure so you can easily reseal the package.
  
  
• Handling fee
  When returning, a handling fee of DKK 100 will be deducted, which covers both handling and return shipping.
  
  
• Refund
  Once we have received and approved your return, the amount will be refunded to the same payment card used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
  
  
• In case of complaints
  If your item is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service at kontakt@vilery.dk before returning the item.
